BIO/DESCRIPTION: Djimmah Karena presents introductory,
beginning, and intermediate dance and movement classes,
workshops, and intensives. Focus is on technique, form, skill
development, strength, range of motion, and flexibility. Djimmah
Karena has been teaching dance since 1999, is Director and
Choreographer of Troupe du Soleil and Band du Soleil, and
performs with the Greenwood Gypsies. She is a Certified
Instructor in Fitness & Yoga, and is also certified in CPR &

BIO/DESCRIPTION:
Leslie Yamada has been belly dancing in the Yakima area for
nearly 30 years. She has been teaching belly dance in Yakima for
the last 4 years at Studio 2 in the Meadowbrook Mall. She
teaches beginners basic moves, posture, 2 simple choreographies,
and an introduction to tribal style belly dance.
